Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds are considered for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect on arrival and reported within 2-3 days of delivery; items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

Items purchased as final-sale/clearance are not eligible for refunds.

How to Request

Email help@thelittlehusk.in or WhatsApp/Call +91 8438018194 within 2-3 days of delivery with the order ID, a brief description, and clear photos/videos of the issue.

For missing items or empty/incomplete packages, a continuous, unedited unboxing video is required starting from the sealed parcel, showing the label, all sides of the package, the full opening, and all contents. Submit within 24 hours of delivery.

Return Shipping and Charges

Return shipping is borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect, in which case reasonable return shipping costs are covered. Shipping/courier charges are non-refundable once an order is shipped.

Approval and Processing

After the returned item is received and inspected, approval or rejection is confirmed. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days.

Partial refunds may be granted if items are not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to "The Little Husk"'s error.

Exchanges and Replacements

Exchanges or replacements are subject to approval and stock availability; if unavailable, refund terms apply.

Cancellations and Delivery Failures

Orders can be cancelled until the "shipped" status. If an order returns due to delivery failure, only the product price is refundable; shipping charges are non-refundable. Orders refused at delivery are not eligible for refunds.

International Orders

"The Little Husk" currently ships within India only. International refunds are not applicable.
