Return Policy

Eligibility Window

Returns can be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, raise a request within 2-3 days of delivery for faster resolution.

When Returns Are Accepted

Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect on arrival. Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition and packaging, with all tags intact. Final sale/clearance items are not eligible for return.

Exchanges (Size/Color)

One time size or color exchange is allowed within 7 days of delivery, subject to approval and stock availability. For non-defect exchanges, the customer bears the to and fro shipping charges and any price difference for the requested item.

If the requested size/color is unavailable, a refund will be processed per the Refund Policy.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

Email help@thelittlehusk.in or WhatsApp/Call +91 8438018194 within the applicable timelines with order ID, a brief description, and clear photos/videos of the issue.

For missing items or empty/incomplete packages, submit a continuous, unedited unboxing video starting from the sealed parcel, showing the label, all sides, the entire opening, and all contents. Report within 24 hours of delivery. Claims without a compliant video may not be accepted.

Reverse Pickup and Self Ship

For approved return orders, reverse pickup will be arranged by "The Little Husk" where serviceable; pickup is typically attempted within 2-4 business days and may take 7-10 business days to reach our facility depending on courier operations.

If reverse pickup is unavailable for a pincode, instructions will be provided for self shipping via a trackable courier. Keep the shipment receipt until the return is processed.

Return Shipping Costs

For non-defect returns/exchanges, the customer bears return and re-delivery shipping. For defective/incorrect items, reasonable reverse shipping costs are covered. Shipping/courier charges from the original order are non-refundable once shipped.

Inspection and Decision

After the returned item reaches the warehouse, a quality check is conducted. Approval or rejection is communicated. If approved, a replacement/exchange is dispatched, or a refund is processed to the original payment method in line with the Refund Policy.

Delivery Failures and Refusal

If a shipment is returned to origin due to failed delivery attempts or refusal to accept, only the product price is refundable; shipping fees are non-refundable.

Color Disclaimer

Minor color variations may occur due to fabric nature, photography lighting, and display settings; these are not considered defects.
