We offer FREE shipping on all orders above ₹999. Any applicable delivery charges or free-shipping promotions are shown at checkout before payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is shipped.

A tracking link or airway bill number is shared by email/SMS/WhatsApp when available after dispatch. Tracking events can take up to 24 hours to reflect after courier pickup.
The courier may attempt delivery and may contact by call/SMS. If delivery is unsuccessful or the package is not accepted, the order may be returned to origin. In such cases, only the original product price is refundable; shipping/courier charges are non-refundable.
If a package appears opened, tampered, or damaged at delivery, refusal is recommended, and Customer Care should be contacted promptly with photos/video. Retain outer and inner packaging and labels until the issue is resolved.
For rare issues such as missing items or empty/incomplete packages, claims must include a continuous, unedited unboxing video starting from the sealed package, clearly showing the shipping label, full exterior of the box, the opening process, and all contents received. Claims without a compliant video may not be entertained. Report within 24 hours of delivery.
